Representative - ESG/ CSR - USA

To support our growth, we are looking for a Senior Sales Representative. This person will interact daily with sustainability managers from world-known companies by helping them define their needs and understand our solutions. We are looking for someone who will be able to build privileged relationships with customers and develop expertise in ESG reporting. 

What you will do 

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives;
  • Identify opportunities and close deals with new customers;
  • Perform software presentations;
  • Write proposals and respond to calls for tenders;
  • Follow up on sales progress through our CRM software;
  • Participate in industry events;
  • Collaborate with other teams to manage customer requests;
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices to advise customers. 

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in SaaS or ESG/CSR software;
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and spoken);
  • Proven presentation, customer service and contracting skills;
  • Ability to use a CRM tool to effectively prospect, identify and close sales opportunities;
  • University degree (bachelor's level) in a field relevant to the position;
  • Availability for business travel in North America;
  • Business network in the ESG/RSE field with companies in the United States an asset.
