This quest has become Metrio, a fast-growing company and one of the leading sustainability software providers on the market.

Our reporting solutions help global companies such as Paypal, Target, Unity, Cascades, Decathlon and the Toronto Stock Exchange become more sustainable, transparent and profitable by collecting and analyzing their environmental, social and governance (ESG) data. We are lucky to be forging this project every day with the best team in a friendly and entrepreneurial spirit!

We are looking for ESG specialists to join our Client Department to support our growth.

Who you'll work with

Metrio's Client department is responsible for the full client lifecycle. From the moment we first connect with a potential client through project delivery, account maintenance and account growth. This department is divided into 3 teams: Marketing, Sales, and Client Success.

What roles we're hiring for

  • Project Manager (Customer Success): Project Managers are responsible for leading projects to create or enhance Metrio clients' accounts so that they can get the most value out of our platform. Success in this job requires understanding ESG performance calculation pathways (e.g. GHG inventories) and experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Account Manager (Sales): Account Managers are responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, maintaining a long-term relationship with them and growing their accounts to increase revenue. Success in this job requires ESG knowledge to understand the client's needs linked to their ESG objectives and propose solutions via our product that best address their issues.

What you bring to the table

  • You have experience or advanced knowledge in ESG, either in the E, S or G
  • You have experience working with data related to sustainability or a strong interest in technologies
  • You want to help companies become better equipped to meet their sustainability goals
  • You can juggle multiple projects and tasks at once and are prepared to take on something new with only a moment's notice
