Senior UI Designer

To support us in our growth, we are currently looking for a SeniorUI Designer to join our Product team and create unique, delightful and user-centric digital products and building from scratch the next generation of SaaS-based tools.

What you will do:

  • Lead the creative approach and be responsible for Metrio products’ visual experiences;
  • Work collaboratively with the Product Designers, the Product Owners and the Marketing team to deliver a unique product look and feel;
  • Define graphic styles, create visual assets and promote best practices through Metrio Design System;
  • Create and manage all component libraries;
  • Design high-fidelity prototypes;
  • Be proactive by providing design feedback and advancing team processes and practices;
  • Lead presentations to stakeholders (including the Core & Framework team) that explain the process and rationale behind your visual concepts and design solutions.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing visual and interaction for web products and apps;
  • Expert knowledge of visual and interaction design principles and techniques;
  • Strong knowledge in current software design tools such as Figma, Abstract, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD etc.;
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and experience working with a dev team;
  • Ability to create digital contents such as custom pixel-perfect icons and illustrations;
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders and defend your design choices;
  • Portfolio demonstrating examples of design systems and shipped products, including specific contributions in the design directions and decisions;
  • Experience working in an agile / scrum delivery-driven environment in a cross-disciplinary team;
  • Ability to work in both French and English (written and spoken).
